Little Fish
To 18-year-old Ramsey Beyer, the transition from smalltown Michigan high schooler to big East Coast city art school student wasn’t entirely easy. Like most college freshmen, Ramsey experienced a wide range of emotions throughout the year, from being painfully homesick to gleefully independent–and everything in between. Through journal entries, collages, lists, and comic-style artwork, she tells a deeply personal story of her journey from childhood to independence.
